They are a clear blue divider. On the bottom is a sheet protect with a label sheet. This sheet has printing instructions as well.
The dividers fit nicely and turn easily in a three ring binder. Each one also securely holds a sheet of paper. Insert your sheet and lock it in place near the tab.
You can closer see it hold the flap together here.
These tabs will stick out of a normal binder quite a bit as they can be used to organized sheet protectors. You’ll want to use a wider binder for the best results.
