The 28" cabinet features locking doors for added security and large, 4" locking casters to enable the cart to go anywhere. The Tuffy 28" Mobile Laminator Cart is made of rugged plastic for years of reliable use. This Tuffy Locking Laminator Cart is made with two inch thick injection molded thermoplastic, two inch thick square tube legs and steel reinforcements. These features make this laminator a premium choice for any school, college or business.
