Units with rotary scoring wheels and compression creasers that use a long bar to press a crease into the paper. Compression scoring devices tend to provide a higher quality finished product but are slower and often more expensive than rotary alternatives. That being said, compression is the only way to go if you are dealing with full bleed digital output since a wheel can cause cracking along the score line.
