Paper Scoring and Creasing Machines
Looking to cleanly fold heavy cardstocks or coated papers. Chances are you will need a scoring machine. Scoring machines or creasers are designed to crease your document to make it possible for easy folding and processing. There are two primary types of equipment available on the market. Units with rotary scoring wheels and compression creasers that use a long bar to press a crease into the paper. Compression scoring devices tend to provide a higher quality finished product but are slower and often more expensive than rotary alternatives. That being said, compression is the only way to go if you are dealing with full bleed digital output since a wheel can cause cracking along the score line. Take a look at the machines below and find a unit to help you quickly and accurately create book jackets, greeting cards, tent cards and much, much more.
If you already have a Paper Scoring machine or creaser and are looking for parts or service please contact us and our technical service department and national network of service techs will be glad to help.
