These products are intended to be used as Report Covers and not as PPE. That being said, many customers have purchased these for that purpose and reported that they have worked well. With that in mind, we are unable to guarantee the Optical Clarity or other functionality of this product when used in any way but it's intended purpose.
Answered by MyBinding
Thank you for asking, the GBC Clear Covers are PVC.

Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend printing on those clear covers. If you are looking to print on your covers please conserved the printable transparent covers listed below. https://www.mybinding.com/printable-8-5-x-11-transparent-matte-frost-finish-binding-covers-100pk.html

These covers are clear covers but are typically used to put together company reports and while they are transparent, we cannot guarantee they are optically clear.
Answered by MyBinding
The covers are made from PVC plastic.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have a die that is capable of punching 46 holes along the 11" side of the page. The closest we have is the 44 hole 4:1 coil punch.
Answered by MyBinding
The Clear View® Presentation Covers are 6 mil thick. The next step up is our traditional black or blue covers at 12 mil thick.

Hello, thank you for supporting us and coming back after "many years ago". You can pair any back cover you like with this item as long as it is "oversize" and has rounded corners. The oversize refers to dimensions that are slightly larger than standard paper. If you're set on black, the Solid Standards Black cover will work for you. Item #25703.
