Usually when you are unable to feed paper into your manual binding machine (like the C100) it is because chips have become jammed inside the punching throat. You can first try to empty the chip tray of the machine and flip the machine over and see if there are any chips that can be removed with a small tool. You can also try to use a small tool to see if you can dislodge any chips from the throat of the machine. I am not aware of anyone who services the C100. They were mostly replaced by GBC when they were under warranty and I believe that parts are not available. If these things don't work give us a call at 1-800-944-4573 and we can see if there are any other ideas to try. If not we would be glad to help you find an inexpensive replacement machine.
