This is the GBC ProClick 1/2” Zipper Tool!
It is made to open and close the most popular size of proclick spine. To close a project, first flip the back cover to the front. Then thread in the binding. pinch a few of the rings close to hold it in place.
Now take your tool and run it over the binding. If you do not apply enough pressure on the end of the tool, it will not close. So pinch the tool while running it through and you have the simplest way to edit proclick!
Flip the back cover over to then hide the less sightly spine.

Thank you for your question. We contacted GBC and they verified that the GBC ProClick 1/2" Zipper Tool would not work for closing a 5/8" ProClick Spine but would work for opening them.
