Product Description

The GFP FT60 60" Finishing Table turns any roll laminator into a sign making, flatbed applicator for mounting or laminating rigid substrates and printed sheets by providing a faster, easier one-step roll application process. It combines a 60" W x 48" D roller ball transfer table with a backlit cutting surface, both in one space saving accessory. The GFP FT60 frame is made of strong, durable. light weight aluminum that has a better strength to weight ratio than steel. Its LED backlit surface comes with a self-healing cutting mat.


Use one table surface as an in-feed to a roll laminator for laminating, pre-coating or mounting boards up to 5' x 10'. Use the back side as a backlit worktable for trimming prints. When you are done with your job, just fold the table 90 degrees and roll it out of the way until you need it again. This GFP FT60 60" Finishing Table is backed by a one year parts and labor warranty.

  • The Transfer table side. features 4 rows of transfer balls for easy Positioning of images and Precise alignment. It includes a full-length 48" side guide and Srinted alignment guides for straight feeding of standard board widths. Roll the table away and you have all the advantages of a roll laminator.
  • The Cutting table side. is LED backlit for easy alignment of graphics that need to be trimmed. The surfaFe is thick, durable 180-gauge, 3/16" translucent Polyethylene (LDPE). Its seamless translucent white, non-glare surface can be cut with rotary cutters and utility knives repeatedly without leaving marks. This self-healing surfave means more accurate cuts and less blade wear.
  • Portable and Easily Storable. When you're done with your job, just fold the table 90 degrees and roll it out of the way until you need it again. The FT60 frame, made of strong, durable, light weight aluminum, has a better strength to weight ratio than steel.

Bring any damage to the immediate attention of the carrier. Opening the Crate. Remove screws from top cover of crate. Lift off the top and set aside. Bring any damage to the immediate attention of the carrier. Opening the Crate. Remove screws from top cover of crate. Lift off the top and set aside. Remove bolts securing the 3 cross supports and lift out. Remove hardware bags, foam corner pieces and brackets. Lay out all pieces to be assembled. Assembling the table. Using 2 people, lift table off the skid and stand it on its top. Attach leg to 1 side-slide it between the base and upright. Insert a large bolt into the hole o the top and tighten. Note the locator tab position. Secure corner support to the leg and upright. Slot in bolt indicates the direction of the bolt head. Slide the bolt head into the slot on the base. Insert bolt into the slot on corner support and the leg. Tighten with the provided wrench. Repeat the process on the back with corner support…then do the same on the other side of the table. Carefully lower table to the floor and stand upright. Attach blue support wings to the legs…Use long bolts on top and bolt inserts on bottom/legs. Tighten all nuts with the wrench. Screw handle into the threaded hole in the slot of the box. Push down on handle to rotate table to desired function. Attach side guide to the feed table. NOTE: Side guide can be attached to either side of table. Use the cutting surface. Flip table to cutting side by pushing down on handle and table. Turn the light on and begin cutting your media or boards. Storing the unit. Turn the light off and unplug the unit. Rotate to the vertical position. Lock in place by pushing on the foot pedal. Adjusting the leveling pads. To lower leveling pads, spin the red dial toward you. To raise leveling pads, spin the red dial away from you. Using with your laminator. Flip table to the feeding side and roll up to your laminator. Start a leader board in first. Then butt your first board up to the leader and push it in. Continue feeding boards until you are finished.
