Using these horizontal color-bar badge holders you can color code groups of employees or visitors to your organization. Available in ten different colors, these horizontal top loading badge holders have both a slot and holes allowing you to use them with lanyards, badge reels, neck cords or badge clips. Although the top bar of each badge is color-coded, the body of the badge holder is clear and allows your ID badge to be clearly visible for security purposes. These holders are designed to hold a military or government sized badge that is up to 2-9/16" x 3-5/8" (67mm x 93mm) in size.

They also come in several sizes and have an option for a cord. It’s really just a matching shoelace with an adjuster. And this here is the extra large holder.
