Jerry Hill: We wanted a laminator that was easy to use for the operator. Drytac's jet-mounted line of laminators are built as entry-level machines but have a lot of features that are not found on entry-level machines. We built the JetMounters really from the inside out. We used massive rollers, and that is really the heart of the machine. Our heavy dutyness allows us to crank extra pressure where needed for certain jobs. Nip opening goes up to a full 2 inches on our top of the line machine. This allows for some creativity when mounting to thicker substrates. The roll-to-roll feature is wonderful on the JetMounter. It works flawlessly. We have taken a full roll, 150 feet of vinyl, overlaminated it and taken it up without making any adjustments to the machine and no wrinkles, and this is a wonderful feature for those that are doing a lot of car-wrap graphics.

Dallas Fowler: Hello, I'm Dallas Fowler for Digital EFX Wraps.

Matt Richart: And I'm Matt Richart, along with Dallas. We love Drytac because of its reliability, durability and makes us look good every day.

Dallas Fowler: Can't tell you how many years we've had print strips. Ever since we've had the Drytac, it totally changed our entire laminating situation.

Matt Richart: The great thing I love is being a business owner with the Drytac laminators is how much money we're saving. Since we're able to laminate the entire roll, we're saving 2 feet with every print. So the actual full roll of film, we're probably saving $300 to $400.

Jerry Hill: We go through a 26-point checklist before the customer ever receives it. All the gears are metal and we use chain drive. The JetMounter really is the last laminator that you'll need to buy.
