    Hello. Does the plug strip have to be attached to the top shelf or can it be assembled so it is on the middle shelf? Thank you.

    Thank you for your question. With the way the Luxor AVJ42 Adjustable Height Steel 3-Shelf A/V Cart is constructed unfortunately you are not able to switch the positions of the shelves.
