• Finally, those remnants are deposited into a generous 8.5 gallon shred bag sitting in a pull-out bin.  The dustproof enclosure housing the bin offers a window display.  With one glance you can see how full the shred bag is and how soon it may need to be emptied.

Weaknesses

• The particles created by this shredder only offer a level 3 security.  Many private documents stay completely safe at this level.  Even so, businesses needing a safe way to dispose of highly classified material may be more interested in a higher security model.
• Like many smaller shredders, the motor is not rated for continuous run time.  This means that after a short period of heavy use, the engine will shut down and cool itself off to avoid overheating. For users with only light shredding needs, this won’t be a problem.  Those with a higher shredding volume would benefit from a larger model with a more powerful motor and higher capacity.
