Thank you for your question. The ML13 Manual Hand Crank Pressure Sensitive Cold Mount Roll Laminator would not be able to apply 20 psi of pressure. In reaching out to DryTac the ML13 does not have a official range for the amount of pressure that it is able to apply but the tension can be adjusted with the nobs on either side of the rollers.
