Product Description
The PBS 2300 is a combination roller inserter / single-sided crimper that is both easy to operate and quick to setup with consistent crimping for coil diameters from 6 to 30 mm (1/8" to 1" book thickness). No tools required for basic setup and changeover. The PBS 2300 can process up to 300 books per hour. The rollers are not adjustable. It works well with an oval shaped punch hole (recommended) but the round hole will be ok too. This unit has a built in single sided cut/bend head so the operator crimps one end of the book – then flips the book over to crimp the other end. Fairly simple to operate. Pretty straight forward.
