Product Description
This Polar Carpet 54" x 164' Printable Matte White PVC Film is 4mil matte white monomeric PVC film, coated on one side with a high-tack pressure sensitive, light gray solvent acrylic adhesive that is protected by a single-sided, siliconized clay coated kraft release paper. The film can be adhered to, but easily removed from, short pile carpets. Durable to withstand heavy foot traffic, Polar Carpet is ideal for indoor floor graphic advertising at tradeshows, point-ofsale or furniture stores. It is recommended for use with Drytac’s Emerytex or Scuff Guard laminating films to provide slip resistance. This Polar Carpet 4mil 54" x 164' Printable Matte White PVC Film with Removable Adhesive is compatible with (eco) solvent, UV and latex wide-format inkjet printers.

Overlaminate Recommendations
When using Pola Carpet, an overlaminate can be used for maximum life expectancy. Products recommended for use with Polar Carpet are Drytac’s Interlam Pro Emerytex or Protac ScuffGuard overlaminates. The anti-slip properties of Interlam Pro Emerytex have been tested in accordance with DIN 51130 standards and have been awarded an R11 rating; Protac ScuffGuard has an R10 rating. Interlam Pro Emerytex is also REACH compliant.
Typical Applications
- Ideal for tradeshows, point-of-sale or furniture stores.
- High-tack adhesive is ideal for adhesion to short pile carpets but is easily removable after short-term application.
- Use in combination with Drytac’s Emerytex® or ScuffGuard laminating films for an approved slip-resistant finish.
