If you are tired of mounting prints by hand, then this Polar Cub 25" Manual Cold Mount Roll Laminator is what you are looking for. This 25" manual mounting and laminating machine is hand-crank operated, and is compatible with a wide selection of mounting boards, including self-stick mounting boards, pouch boards that have a pre-applied pressure sensitive adhesive, self-stick mat boards, and plain mounting boards paired with pressure sensitive mounting adhesive. The Polar Cub 25" laminator saves up to half the time of mounting by hand, and will accept foam boards, gator boards, and any other mounting board of your choice up to 1" thick. Since most boards are 3/16" thick, this allows for huge variety of even specialty applications. It is also featured with high-quality silicone rollers that ensure consistent pressure and professional results, every time. The entry and exit feed tables also support the boards so you don't have to, and can be folded up for compact storage. This easy-to-use cold laminator is ideal in creating a professionally mounted print in just a few minutes.

- Uses all types of self stick adhesive coated mounting boards.

- Professional grade silicon rollers provide even pressure and insure bubble free results and any exposed adhesive on the board will not stick to the rollers.
- Easy to Use:
- To set the gap between the rollers to match the thickness of your board, place your board between the rollers and close the rollers by turning the height control knob until there is no light between the board and the rollers. Then tighten the rolls a half turn on the height control knob. If you are using the same boards all the time, this will only need to be done once.
- Peel back the first inch of the release liner. Smoothly tack down your print to the inch of exposed adhesive. Insert the tacked edge into the laminator, remove the remainder of the release liner. Hold your print up so that it is smooth against the rollers.
- Turn the handle to pull your print and board through the laminator. Your print will be mounted, trim your print if desired.
