This Preferred Pack PP-983 HP High Profile Pallet Stretch Wrapper is a semi-automatic pallet wrapper with 225% automatic powered pre-stretch with "Easy Thread Design". The PP-983 HP has 10 program memory, digital controls, photo eye, 18 sets of double roller supports, variable speed turntable (0-12 RPM), and has a 59" heavy duty turntable with diamond plate non slip surface. This PP-983 HP High Profile Pallet Stretch Wrapper has an easy to use and understand front panel and easy thread design with safety door (if opened, the machine shuts off). Plus, it has a heavy duty chain drive on turntable with 18 sets of double roller turntable supports. This stretch wrapper can have a maximum load of 4000 lbs and can accommodate 30-40 loads per hour.

Today, we are featuring the PP-983 Pallet Stretch Wrapper, 4,000 pound capacity with powered pretty stretch. This particular unit has the instacut automatic film severance device. Simply choose the program for a 12-program memory. We simply select the program that we’d like to go to which we’re going to go from program 1 to program 2, and it automatically changes the carriage speed, the top wrap count, bottom wrap count, and the turntable speed. From here, we simply attach the stretch film to the clip on the turntable, makes it really quick and easy, eliminate having to connect the stretch film to the pallet itself. Once this is connected, we simply press the start button and off we go. It’s programmed to go around two times around the bottom, spiral up, two times around the top, come back down to home position. You can adjust the film tension which is your force to load. The powered pre-stretch system is always going to stretch the film at 225%. Now you’ve got a pallet load that is completely cut, ready to go.
