Pro-Bind Flat Clinch Stapler

Welcome to Pro-Bind. We're now introducing the Flat Clinch Stapler. Typically, photo, memorial and birthday books use glossy paper. Stitching or stapling the book block first will aid in securing the entire book block into the hard cover. Flat clinch stapling, as this stapler does with great ease, eliminates any worries that a page will come lose or fall out. In the finished product, the staples are completely hidden by the spine only 1/8" from the edge. And because the staples lay flat next to each other, there is no bulk added. And this stapler can staple up to 75 sheets of 20-pound paper. Pro-Bind's hard cover binding system is very simple. As you can see here, it's a matter of creasing the book on both sides, creating a nice, square spine in which you can place the book. The book goes all the way in, all the way down so it's nice and even and flush. From here, it's placed into the Pro-Bind 2000 thermal binder and hard cover is selected. After a short binding cycle, it's removed from this machine and placed into the hard cover crimper. This crimper sets all the glue and holds that spine perfect. And that's it, you've got a completely secure, thermally bound hard cover book. Open the book at the front and back covers and gently press down to make a perfect crease. With the added strength of the staples inside, this book is very durable. For many families and companies, memories are to be preserved.
