This is the Quartet Silver Designer Sign Stand!
It fits an 8.5 x 11 inch sheet on one side, and an 11 x 17 inch sheet on the other side.
You can also rotate the sign for either horizontal or vertical viewing.
To place your pages in, open the plastic cover and insert your project into the holders. Make sure to place your project face down on the plastic.
Flip the other side to place the other sized sheet.
The cover is a frosted clear plastic.

Now, the base is sturdy, but the connection to the base is not. So I recommend placing in some folded paper or fabric between the pole and the base when you screw them together for extra stability. Of course, make sure this is not visible in the end.
