Stapling is automatic, you’ll see a small lever your pages push against on the left. This triggers the stapler to staple.
I did three staples at different depths—the farthest one is from the 2 centimeter mark. the middle one is 1 centimeter, and finally the first mark which is barely on the edge. It goes to about 7 cm.
The bottom pads grip only a little, but provided is a special grip pad that goes on the bottom. Using this, the stapler is almost impossible to scoot around. It’s a work horse of a stapler—in high usage you don’t want it moving on you—and it won’t.
The stapling base can be rotated for two staple patterns as seen here.
To change it you’ll have to access the bottom and push this little lever in and then twist it 180 degrees.
