The Combi S is the model for manual punching and plastic comb binding, the most cost effective binding method available. The Combi S comes with additional features offering the user a greater degree of control. Simply measure your document to determine the comb element. Select the corresponding size on the attachment screw to set the opening hooks and choose A4 or A5. You also have the additional options of adjusting the margins with a depth gauge and selecting from a set of punch pins, which can be disengaged individually.
Hold the comb with the arrows pointing up and place the comb on the comb holder. Pull the smaller lever towards you as far as it will go to open the comb. Once you have punched your document, you can then lay it onto the comb in the finished order. Push the smaller lever all the way back gently to close and release the comb and your document is now bound and finished.

Renz is a great name to see when you're looking for a plastic comb binding machine. One of their devices, the Combi S, is definitely something you should look at if your office needs such a thing. Let's take a look at this product and see what kind of a grade it gets....
What's great:

The Combi S has a very good punching capacity. It's able to handle up to 25 sheets of paper with every lift. That can add up to 5,000 sheets per hour which can be handy if you're working with a lot of material.

This machine is compatible with combs of all different thicknesses from 3/16" all the way up to 2". It's possible to bind a document containing as few as 10 pages or as many as 500, which makes this machine very versatile. It's possible to bind more than 200 books per hour with this device, so it's a good choice if you bind frequently.

All of this device's pins are completely disengageable. This makes it possible for you to create documents of varying sizes. You won't be limited to creating letter-sized books, so you'll have a lot of creative freedom. The maximum length your books can be is 13.5".

The Combi S has an adjustable depth of punch margin control. When you utilize this feature, you'll be able to control how far away the holes are from the edge of the paper and thus, you can wind up with books that are much sturdier.
