Now we need to set the gap opening for our laminator, for this particular application we're going to bring the knob to this position. Now we want to bring our print into the nip of the rollers, advance the laminator slightly, and stop. We're going to bring our print up over the roller, grab the release liner, and run the laminator. And out from the back comes our finished prints.

Now we have the unit uncrated, we’re gonna remove the foam packaging material, the plastic covering, And you will find that there’s tied down straps along the laminator, we’re going to remove them. Now at this point, we’re going to remove all the shaft bars to cut down weight on the laminator. Next we‘ll need a helper to lift the remaining parts of the laminator off the shipment pallet. Now that we have the laminator off the pallet, we need to locate the bag that has the accessories that came with the laminator. In this bag you will find the dust cover, spare silicon elastics, wrench, fuses, owner’s manual, and also the wrench and screws that we’ll need to put the stand together. Now that we have located the cross member and the two uprights for the stand, we are now going to assemble the stand for the laminator. In your bag are the nuts and bolts and all the pieces that we need to assemble the stand. You’ll find the wrench, long bolt screws to secure the side panels to the cross member, and also a shorter bolt screws to assemble the stand to the laminator. You’ll see in this stand’s component, it says front, which goes to the front of the laminator and also corresponds to your locking leg. You take the long bolt, bring them in through the stand, take our cross member, and fasten the crossmember to stand upright. Now that we have the stand assembled, it’s time now to put the laminator on top to hold it to the stand. The remaining short screw with the lock and washer, we’re going to put it in the stand to support the laminator once assembled. Now we’re going o put the parts back on to the laminator.
