- Simple Operation: The operator selects from four preset sheet sizes and six fold patterns with the press of a button. Operational procedures are clearly viewed on the LCD screen. The large start/stop feed button and other operator controls are easily identified and uncomplicated to use.
- Selecting A Fold: Six popular folds are pre-programmed for selection: letter, half, double parallel, engineering, Z-fold and gate folds. Producing a cross fold with the optional cross-fold accessory is quick and easy, as is manually over riding the automatic settings for non-standard stock sizes.

The Standard PF-P320 Desktop Paper Folder offers a reliable machine with convenient operation while still being user-friendly. This durable device is designed for high volume performance in places where ease of use and accuracy are of the utmost importance. Here is a closer look at the details of the PF-P320.

The central control panel utilizes large push buttons that are easy to read and simple to use. Status updates are clearly read on the LCD panel. A jam detection system alerts the user to any misfeeds or clogged items. A counter with a 10-digit keypad offers both batch and total fold countings.

Four sheet sizes and six fold styles are pre-programmed into the machine and only require the touch of a button to adjust for. The six fold patterns include C, single, double parallel, engineering, Z, and gate folds. An optional cross-folding accessory is available to assist in the accurate production of precise right angle folds. There isn't an option for multiple sheets to fold together. This might not be an issue for some offices but is a nice feature for the making of multi-sheet newsletters, bulletins, and programs. For a comparable folder with this ability, we suggest the Martin Yale 1812.

Weighing about 80 pounds, this will be a heavy machine to move around without casters on the bottom. If you foresee yourself needing to move this device on a regular basis, you may want to store it on a cart so that it can simply be rolled to wherever needed.
