Adjustable desktop punch offers versatility with settings for two, three and seven 9/32" hole applications. Punch drills through up to 25 sheets of 20 lb. paper at a time. Punch heads are adjustable and replaceable. The bi-material lever handle is designed for low-effort punching and swivels for left-handed or right-handed operation. Built-in base cover door controls chip disposal. Closure lock allows easy storage. Design also features a built-in paper guide, marproof base pad, and magnetic paper clip holders. Desktop punch is made with heavy steel and includes seven punch heads.

You can rotate the handle to either side for whatever is most convenient. Oh, and those two black sections are magnets to put paper clips on or whatever.
To unlock the hole punch, pull out this tab and rotate it down.
