Best Ever Review by Nanners

I certainly like this stapler! I purchased one for myself, hired an assistant, gave it to her, missed it so much that I'm buying another one for me! My "Review Question" is always, "Would you buy it again?" Answer ... yes!

Best electric stapler Review by Bcances

The stapler is very easy to use. This is the only brand of stapler product that I purchase. Although, you can only buy the optima or premium swingline staples for this stapler because we have learned the hard way that the normal staples jam. Overall, best buy and well worth the money. It lasts awhile.

Product Replacement Review by Mikayla

Due to excessive daily use in the office, our stapler quit closing the one side of the staple.
Promptly ACCO Brands offered a replacement.
Was in contact with the US Customer Service, and then forwarded onto the Canadian Customer Service, both were VERY polite, and quick to respond with help.

Staples Review by Betty0517

I really like this stapler but the one problem I have is that i can't put a whole strip of staples in it. I always have to break some off because it doesn't fit properly.

I had a different brand electric stapler that finally bit the dust. It came no were near the excellent quality and features that my new Optima Grip 20 has. I am really pleased that I chose this product instead of just replacing the brand I had. Need I say any more. This has it all!

Had an issue with this product where I could not get the cartridge out to refill. Contacted customer service with this question, and promptly received an email back regarding my question. ACCO promptly send me a replacement and a mailing label to return the stapler in question. I was very impressed with the customer service for this product I would not hestiate to buy this. In this day and age of nothing but bad news, ACCO came through no questions and promptly took care of my issues. THANK-You!!

Slide it out, fill it up, push it back in, and you're on your way. That's the Optima 20 by Swingline. For more demos, reviews, and how-tos, check out MyBinding.com.
