This is Tot Grip Staplers by Swingline! First, you can add staples in by holding the base of the stapler and pulling on the top. It takes staple strips that are a quarter size of a full strip. On the bottom is a rubber pad, lifting up the tab on the front allows you to store an extra strip of staple. Though it says it staples up to 12 sheets, in my demo I did 20 and worked just fine. It may be more likely to Jam with more sheets. On the back is a basic staple remover, you'll probably have to finish the job with your hands.
