When all settings are made, let's start with the covers and punching straight through, then punching through the rest of the papers in your project, all in the same margin. When all your punches are made, you're ready to bind. Assemble your project and select your comb. Place your plastic comb over the teeth in the back. Always make sure that the teeth of the comb face up and the project faces down; that way it doesn't come apart during use. The same lever pulls all the way forward to make sure the teeth are grabbed and then back to open the teeth. Next, thread your project over the teeth of the comb, making sure they go through all the way through all the holes and close up the lever. And that's it, you're all done. Another bonus feature of the 213PB is the three-hole punch. Situated in the top just behind the comb opener is a slot. Slide the papers in, pull down the same lever, and you have three-hole punching.     • The 213PB is actually three machines in one. It's both a comb and wire binding machine as well as a three-hole punch. Thus, you'll have a number of different document finishing methods available to you in one neat package.
