Product Description
These white 3/8" plastic combs are some of the highest quality binding combs on the market and are designed to fit any standard plastic comb binding machine . Hand-rolled to provide a smooth glossy finish, these 3/8" white combs allow pages to flip freely and lie flat for easy reading and margin to margin photocopying. Designed for use with 8.5" x 11" pages, these 3/8" spines can hold about 55 sheets. Each 19-ring white 3/8" plastic binding comb is made of rigid PVC plastic that won't scratch, chip, peel, or discolor. Get 100 white 3/8" plastic combs with every order. Product number PC380WH.
Note: The size of the plastic comb should always be 1/8" thicker than the size of the book. To determine the size of comb that you need, measure the thickness of your book (including covers) and add 1/8".

Great question! We actually have a sizing guide on our website that works great for sizing books. If you type in sizing guide in our website, it will tell you what size you need. A book that is just 175 pages of 20 LB paper would be about a 7/8's comb. If you are using thicker covers however, you may want to go the next size up.
