Ergonomically, this has been great for my hands... so much less effort needed to staple. It's comfortable to hold and to staple.
For durability, I've been disappointed. The quick load button falls off each time I re-load it. After three years, the quick load button no longer releases the magazine (I need pliers to do that... which I don't mind, but in the past it would take ten to fifteen years for a Swingline product to require the pliers treatment)

I have used this so many times - I believe I have wore it out.
After seeing the high heel shoe design, I hope to own one soon.
Thanks for the opportunity.

A few days ago I wrote a very negative comment on this product. Apparently, this caught the attention of someone at the company (Chistine M.) and she went out of her way to replace it with a new product. I am rating the product this time as excellent, because it is. I should also rate their customer service as such because it was very nice to see that there is someone paying attention to the ratings and they do respond (which was not my intention in posting my comment in the first place, so it was a nice surprise.) I had mentioned, that there were no instructions on the package I purchased, but my replacement stapler did come in a different package, with instructions. And, the insertion of the staples was so much easier and simpler. The first one did begin to work eventually, so I guess you just need to be patient and try a few times before the product works. At the end, both staplers do work and are very easy to use, just as the name implies. Thank you!

At first, I was disappointed in what seemed to be instability of this stapler. Now, after using for a period of time, I find it to be the best and easiest everyday desk stapler. It will staple through 25 sheets as noted - keep in mind paper is sold by pound weight. Some sheets are thicker/thinner. It will take less pressure/exertion to accomplish a job.
After understanding the feel and mechanism of this stapler - I find myself annoyed when using a standard stapler. Only drawback is the amount of staples it will hold. I prefer full strip, but it is not that big of a deal for me.
