If you find a lower total advertised price on a qualifying item from an authorized online retailer, we’ll match the price!
To qualify for a price match quote, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Direct competitor URL: Please send us the link to the product page showing the advertised price.
- Shipping included: We match based on the total delivered price (product cost + shipping), not just the product price.
- Quantity: Pricing may vary by quantity, so let us know how many units you’re ordering.
- New items only: Price matches apply to brand-new, unopened items. Returned, used, refurbished, or open-box products are not eligible.
- Ship-to ZIP code: Shipping rates and availability vary by location; your ZIP code helps us verify the full cost.
- Identical items only: The item must be an exact match — including brand, model, included accessories, and specifications.
- No screenshots or AI tools: To ensure accuracy, we cannot accept screenshots or AI-generated comparisons. Direct, live URLs where the price is advertized are required.
Important Price Match Guidelines:
While we strive to honor as many price matches as possible, the following do not qualify:
- Open marketplaces (such as Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)
- Online auctions
- Going-out-of-business sales
- Inventory clearance, overstock, or liquidation sales
- Open-box, returned, refurbished, or used items
- Bulk quantity discounts or bundle pricing
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Special promotions, coupons, or limited-time discounts
- Items that are out of stock
Price matches are calculated pre-tax and must include the competitor’s shipping charges. Price match discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or coupons. We reserve the right to decline a price match if any of these guidelines are not met.
