Welcome to MyBinding video. These are Acco PRESSTEX Hanging Data Binders. To use them, first insert the flexible nylon post into the needed holes, then slide the hook over the post. Bring it all the way out to the edge. Once you're one with both sides, insert your pages through the posts. Now the manufacturer says to use burst or unburst sheets but I'm actually using different types of hole punches. Once all your sheets are in, slide the other cover on. Repeat the process of folding the post and sliding the hooks to the edge and when you're done you can hang, store and protect your book, all the while being able to still read it and as I mentioned earlier, you can get away with using almost any type of punched paper - there's coil binding, wire binding, comb binding, three ring binding, and if you're really desperate, you can even use it for your 2-hole punched paper.
