Welcome to MyBinding video. This is a look at the all-new Aerocut by MBM, a high-speed professional air-feed slitter, cutter, and creaser. The Aerocut slits, cuts, creases, and perforates a wide variety of jobs, including brochures, business cards, post cards, greeting cards, and CD jackets. Before we went out and bought this one, we went to the manufacturer's office and watched it in action and stole just a little bit of video. The Aerocut can process 12 sheets per minute. That's including two cuts and a crease. Here the machine is processing tent folds, a cut and great creases. They're all there and easy to fold. It can handle paper weights of 80 to 130 pounds. The Aerocut comes with 83 preprogrammed cutting templates and has the ability to store up to 50 additional custom ones that you create for your work. It has an air suction feed system and air knife that eliminates marking and double feeds. With business cards, speed, ease, and accuracy is what we've experienced. This unit is expensive but with self-sharpening blades, all-metal construction, very heavy duty, casters to roll around on, and a great guarantee by MBM, this could be a great investment.
