The DestroyIt 2404 Strip Cut Shredder from MBM is a great fit for low to mid volumes of shredding. The DestroyIt 2404 Strip Cut Shredder features a "SPS" (Safety Protection System) package with a electronically controlled, transparent safety shield in the feed opening. It als includes an "Easy Switch" control element that uses color codes and back-lit symbols to indicate operational status. The Destroyit 2404 will automatically stop when your shred bag is full or when the cabinet door is opened. It also has an automatic reverse and stop in case of paper jam. The Destroyit 2404 Strip Cut Shredder has double protection against overheating, automatic start and stop controlled by a photo cell, high quality hardened steel cutting shafts that accept staples, paper clips, and credit cards. All Destroyit shredders have a lifetime warranty on Strip Cut and Cross Cut shafts and wheels. All other parts have a 1 year warranty (excluding wearables).

Backed by a one year warranty, this device is packed with safety features and can shred staples, paper clips, credit cards and CDs. The hardened steel blades carry a lifetime warranty and are powered by a durable single phase motor. Here is a closer look at the 2404 Strip Cut Shredder.
Strengths:
- A photo cell controlled automatic start and stop function turns on the motor immediately after sensing paper in the feed. An electronically controlled transparent safety shield covers the opening, keeping fingers and other objects out of the blades. The shield also keeps small particles released by shredding credit cards and CD from flying out of the cutting shaft. An "Easy Switch" is a single button that controls operation and offers three settings: stand-by, stop, and reverse. The element is backlit with color coded icons that indicate operational status.
