First we’re going to load in some staples. Lift the cover and press down on the blue lever, then pull the staple tray out. Insert your full strip of staples and push it back in.

The stapler uses 1/4” staples and 5/16” staples.

Ok, now we’re going to start it up and in the back adjust the stapling power to work with the stack I’m stapling.

It staples up to 50 sheets.

You’ll see here three different power settings, too low and it doesn’t go through all the pages.

The bottom is secured to flat surfaces very effectively by four suction cups.

You can also change the staple pattern, but you’ll probably need something harder to be able to push it in our out.

With the Rapid 100E it’s very easy to staple in rapid succession.

Thank you for your question. The Rapid 100E Commercial Electric Stapler is designed for heavy use and is built to last. As a commercial office stapler it be a little louder than smaller desktop staplers but it is not as a loud as a full production stapler.
