The SealerSales KF-Series Direct Heat Foot Sealer with Wide Meshed Seal are suitable for thicker materials such as coated aluminium foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, and coated PP. It seals up to 12" wide and 20 mil thick. The width of the meshed seal is 10mm. It has a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature between 125°F and 600°F (50°C and 320°C). Both jaws are heated at the same time, allowing for better heat penetration and sealing of thicker materials. The unit also includes a work table that can be adjusted. It is easy to operate. Simply set the temperature on the temperature controller depending on the material to be sealed. Once the correct setting has been reached, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Insert the material between the two sealing bars. Press down on the foot pedal and release.
