Thank you for your question. The C-Line Assorted Side Load Binder Pockets with Hook and Loop Closure are a Velcro closure. Hook and Loop is just the none trademarked term for Velcro, they are the same thing.

These binder pockets come in boxes of 36 with assorted colors. Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't sell them in single color assortments and if you wanted all of your pockets the same color we would have to open several boxes and switch out the colors meaning the next customer wouldn't get the color that you requested.
