Product Description
MyBinding 1.5mil soft touch matte laminating film offers an incredible smooth velvet feel to enhance virtually any document. Made with 100% EVA adhesive this OPP laminate includes a microscopic hard coat to prevent scratching and wear marks. This roll of film is 18" wide and 1000 feet in length and is wound on a three inch core. The 1.5mil thickness provides additional adhesive that produces an outstanding bond for any type of packaging or cased in product. Plus, a high dyne level allows for multiple passes of any post lamination surface treatments of solvent or water based inks, foil, UV, or other top coatings. This 18" x 1000' soft touch matte laminating film is an excellent choice for laminating folding cartons such as cosmetic and technology packaging, case bound covers, book jackets, luxury packaging for products requiring any type of post-lamination enhancements. This film is custom slit and can take up to 3 days to ship, if you need the film faster than this please give us a call and we can try to help you meet your deadline. Thank you for your question. The activation range on the 1.4 mil Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film is 220 degrees to 240 degrees depending on your machine. It is recommended to start at the lower end of that range as digital prints are more sensitive to heat.

Thank you for your question. The activation range on the 1.4 mil Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film is 220 degrees to 240 degrees depending on your machine. It is recommended to start at the lower end of that range and work your way up to find the "sweet spot" for your machine.

Thank you for your question. The Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film is a thin laminate that is 1.4 mil thick so it will work with most laminators. It is a roll laminate to be used with roll laminators so there would be no need for a carrier. The Soft Touch Matte Laminating Film comes as a 1000' roll on a 3" core. You would need to verify if your machine would be able to accommodate a roll of that size.
