With its unique suction rotor feeding mechanism, this versatile folder can smoothly handle various paper stocks at speeds of up to 250 sheets per minute. Whether you're in an office or print environment, its quiet operation ensures a peaceful work environment. Setting up your folds is a breeze with six common folding patterns pre-loaded for easy configuration at the touch of a button, including single folds, double folds, short folds, letter folds, accordion folds, and gate folds. Plus, for non-standard fold patterns, the system allows individual setups to meet your unique needs. The patented suction-feed system enhances its capabilities, making it a powerful yet straightforward workhorse capable of handling lightweight and statically charged sheets with ease.

Product Details

High Speed Folding. Unique suction rotor feeding mechanism enables folding with a wide variety of paper stocks at high speeds. (Max. 250 sheets per minute for A4 / 8.5” x 11” single fold).
Stable Feeding. Air suction feeding with pile air separation provides consistent and stable sheet feeding. The amount of air can be adjusted according to weight and texture.
A Wide Variety of Paper Stock. The folder can handle a wide range of paper stock such as regular paper, coated paper printed by both digital and offset presses.
Short Make-Ready. Reduce setup time with accurate change over. Unique automated setup ensures precise setup and repeatability.
Simple Operation. A user friendly operation panel provides intuitive and easy operation. Additionally, special sheet sizes and fold patterns can be set using the ten keys in the extension panel. Up to 8 jobs can be memorized for quick and easy recall.
A Wide Variety of Fold Patterns. 6 standard folding patterns are preset in the system. Simply select the fold pattern and paper size, and the system setups automatically. Non-standard fold patterns can also be performed via set-up at the extension panel.
Simple Maintenance. Easy access to fold rollers and the folding plate for easy maintenance and cleaning. Paper jam removal or cleaning the fold rollers can be done without special skill.
Speed Mode Selection.
- Silent Mode (Slow Mode). Top level sound deadening design ensures quiet operation and does not disturb office environment. Suitable to fold thinner sheets.
- Ultra-high Speed Mode. Maximum folding speed is 250 sheets per minute (A4 / 8.5” x 11” single fold). Suitable to fold thicker sheets (Maximum 157 gsm).
- High Speed Mode. Maximum folding speed is 200 sheets per minute (A4 / 8.5” x 11” single fold). Suitable for a wide range of paper stock and fold patterns.
- Standard Mode. Unique drive control system is used for quieter operation at higher production speed of 150 sheets per minute (A4 / 8.5” x 11” single fold).
- Intermittent Feed Interval Mode. *Available in all modes above Intermittent feeding ensures trouble-free operation of printed sheets, even in dry climates, when static electricity can be a problem. Paper delivery trouble with complex folds and deformed size folding can also be prevented.
