The Royal Sovereign LX-130 is a 45" Piece to Roll Calender with an Infra-Red Heated 10”ø Drum. The LX-130 is a versatile 3-in-1 solution for dye sublimation transfer, 3 feeding and 3 rewinding mandrels combined with a top of the drum feed process that allow users to perform Piece, Piece-to-Roll and Roll-to-Roll transfer at a rate of 2.7 ft./min.(.8 m./min.). With little practice, an operator will easily be able to outperform a tradition clamshell, swing away or shuttle press at a rate of 3 cut pieces to 1. Utilizing the same 10”ø drum as the InPress line of dye sublimation calenders, the Royal Sovereign LX-130 45" Calender Heat Transfer System is the smart choice for entry into the 45" dye sublimation market.

Thank you for your question. It will fit into a 500 sqft room fine. The unit puts off no odor. Steam is released when water is removed from the ink going through our unit. Any smell would be from the ink itself, not the calendar press. Royal has a demo LX-130 in a room with AC and it’s about 500sqft in size no issues. The machine does run HOT, approx. 550 degrees hot. Ventelation requirements would more be for heat and comfort not fumes.
