The Royal Sovereign IL-1346W is a versatile and affordable dual hot and cold pouch laminator with fast warm-up time and 4-roller system for higher speed and consistent lamination results free of bubbling, wrinkling, and curling. It has a 13" laminating (entry) width, and can laminate pouches 3 mil to 7 mil thick at a speed of up to 23.6" per minute. Other great features include: Touch Screen Temperature Control, 60 Second Warm-up Time, Built-in Cooling Fan and Exit Plate, and Jam Release Lever for easy recovery of jammed and misfed documents. This Royal Sovereign IL-1346W 13" 4-Roller Hot and Cold Pouch Laminator is ideal for moderate usage in workplaces where higher productivity and professional quality lamination is important.

You do not need to use a pouch carrier with this laminator, however they do assist in jam prevention and improving product lifespan by keeping the rollers free of adhesive residue. Carriers also help distribute heat evenly for a better seal and less bubbling, which may be beneficial when laminating photos.
