This is the X-Acto 12” x 12” Heavy Duty Guillotine Cutter!
I’ll start off by cutting the maximum amount of sheets with 12 pages. Slip it under, firmly brace the pages and make the cut. For twelve sheets it makes a clean cut still, and is not too difficult to make.
On the board is a measuring length of 12 inches, the grid is measured in half inch measurements, and above are centimeters(the grid is still in inches though).
Using the metal edge, I did a test to see how evenly it is aligned with the blade, and thankfully it is nicely aligned.
There is also a lock for the handle to keep ...

The black metal guard also helps keep your fingers from accidentally slipping into the blade while you make a cut. We always like to keep those attached!
The top edge here is made of aluminum, the board itself is a dense wood, and the handle is a sturdy plastic—other than the cutting blade and edge. Flip it upside down to see more wood pieces and some small rubber pads.
Overall, you should be pretty happy with this one!
