This 4" heavy-duty HL series pouch laminator from Kleer-Lam is an excellent machine for high-volume ID card and name badge lamination. Designed for continuous use, the HL-402 features 4 rollers, lighted switches for heat and motor, a "ready" light, temperature adjustment control, and hard-wired power cord (110v, 260 watts power consumption). Quickly pre-heating for use in 5 minutes, the HL-402 has a maximum laminating width of 3.45", a top laminating speed of 22 inches per minute, and a maximum laminating thickness of 20 ml (500 mic).
