Do these come with a paper insert ?

Unfortunately they do not come with an insert. You can print and cut your own on standard paper or some of our customers will order badges that are pre-perforated based on a particular template that they can print with Microsoft Word or another program. One manufacturer of such badges is Avery and templates are included with most word processing software.
