The rugged compact folder can fold documents up to 14 inches in length and up to 8 ½ inches wide. At speeds of up to 7,400 sheets per hour, the FD 300 completes folding tasks in no time. The FD 300 features a belt driven stacker conveyor without feed wheels to keep folded documents in a neat and sequential order. It also includes the 3-digit counter to keep track of the number of sheets folded. The auto batch mode allows for a set number of sheets to be folded with a pause in between sets for easy handling. The FD 300 is easy to set up right out of the box. Simply set the folder on a level sturdy surface, lower the catch tray, open the feed table extension, and then insert the fold plate. Next, set the fold plates using the fold chart mentioned earlier, adjust the upfeed stacker wheels, and then load the documents to be folded and press start. Thank you for your question. The Formax FD 300 Desktop Paper Folder would not be able to fold 60# stock. It tops out at being able to fold a 30# stock (112 gsm).
Thank you for your question. The Formax FD 300 Desktop Paper Folder has marks on the fold gate for the most popular folds but you are manually set the fold plates to set up a custom fold.
Thank you for your question. The Formax FD 300 Desktop Paper Folder would be able to fold the stock but it will have the same issues that any friction fed folder will have with the glossy stock. Friction fed folders have issues with most glossy stocks because the stock is slicker and can slip and not load correctly causing a misfold or jam. For glossy stock you will get better results with a air suction feed folder.

Unfortunately the Formax FD 300 Desktop Paper Folder can not fold multiple sheets at a time. The Formax FD342 is able to fold multiple sheets through a manual bypass.
