Unfortunately, we are not able to determine where the pouches open, as the manufacturer has these produced overseas, and it can differ with each shipment.

There are not a lot of people who produce over 10 Mil pouches. This is because most pouch laminators can not handle that thick. 10 Mil is the thickest that we carry. Really when the item is laminated it is more like 20 Mil because each side of the pouch is 10 mil thick. You are more than welcome to request samples if they are available.
