Thank you for your question. 15 ring combs are typically for half sized sheets for binding on the 8.5" side of the page. We do carry pre-punched half sized sheets. You can find our selection of pre-punched half sized paper here . You would just need to select a comb option.

Thank you for your question. Paper that is comb punched on the 8.5" side of the page would have 15 holes. We also have "half sized" combs available here.
