What we really want to see is the card in action. It’s a card laminated with trailer, which cleanly peals off, leaving an adhesive on the back of the card. So now when you fold it, you have a normal sized card, which is twice the thickness as it was before.
On the paper sheet your are left with an empty area with the thin tacking sheet still in place. It’s hard to see on the video, but you can see it adhered to the back.

The two card system works the same, just with two cards—one above the other. They take up about half the sheet.
On the sheet are embossed dots. They are seen on the sides and the top. They are difficult to see, but they are There'so the cards can be printed on without problems. When you stack a bunch together, in theory the side with all the cards will be higher because the cards are slightly thicker than the paper. But the dots balance it out so now your pages stack evenly.
The card is quite durable too. If you can get a hold of the edge it will pull apart, but the adhesive is strong and instead you’d be tearing through the paper fibers. Simply trying to tear the card will not work either. It just wrinkled it.
For printing, really the only thing is to not use an inkjet printer—most any other printer will work.
And it’s generally printed on one side since on the back is the release liner for the cards.
