The system efficiently transitions products from the sealer to the tunnel using a power take-away conveyor, and its 6,000-watt tunnel excels at shrink wrapping various products at a rate of up to 12 packs per minute. Notably, the L-bar sealer boasts a spacious 17 x 23-inch seal area and features like a heated seal blade, adjustable seal power, and compatibility with polyolefin up to 150 gauge and PVC up to 100 gauge. Safety features include automatic cool down, seal arm obstruction detection, and locking casters for stability.
