EagleCell Biodegradable 1/4" Mount Boards are an innovative and eco-friendly all-paper honeycomb alternative to foam, plastic, metal, and wood graphics boards. The boards are ¼” thick with a surface and core that are from 100% fully recyclable paper that is environmentally sustainable. Triple-thick, bright white clay-coated liners provide a viable surface that is perfect for superior ink coverage and exceptional color gloss. The boards are also available in Kraft color core with a bright-white SFI certified surface paper option. A unique open core design with a 95% open space to deliver structural strength while being lightweight. Designed to have the structural integrity I-beams, the boards can hold up on carrying shear, bending, and compressive loads and provide outstanding strength, rigidity, and warp resistance. Virgin core material easily cuts clean and crisp. With its rugged surface and structure, EagleCell is comparable to Gator boards without harming the environment.
