Questions & Answers
Carriers slightly reduct the amount of heat reaching the pouch. You can increase the heat with adjustment or try using the 5 mil setting for 3 mil pouches. The only way you will know for sure is to test different processes. Some people run the pouch through a second time but you need to test this to determine if you get the results you want. Thank you for your question. You are able to re-use Laminating Pouch Carriers. There is not a set life time for the carriers, you are able to use them until they become dirty or damaged and need to be replaced.
