The MultiTac Clear Double-Sided Mounting Adhesive would stick to the chipboard, but is not known if it will work on the fabrics, per the manufacturer. MHA Multi Heat Activated Mounting Adhesive https://www.mybinding.com/mha-multi-heat-activated-mounting-adhesive.html?sku=MHA25328 would be an option for the fabrics, as it works on canvas, but you do have to use a thermal laminator for it.

Unfortunately, the mounting tape would not work. You would need more like a liquid adhesive to adhere the rhinestones.

The MultiTac is not acid free, but only has a Ph of 6, which is basically neutral, as 7 is absolute neutral.
Per the manufacturer: the acid free question comes up a lot, and if it is an archival piece, it should not be mounted or laminated in the first place. There are adhesives out there that claim archival and acid free, but can be rubber based or animal based adhesive, they not recommend them as they dry out and also yellow over time.

This product really isn't intended for that application but it is possible that it might work. You would really need to test and see if the adhesive is strong enough for this application.

We do not have the MultiTac with backing on both sides, however, the Facemount Optically Clear Mounting Adhesive https://www.mybinding.com/facemount-uv-optically-clear-mounting-adhesive.html and TwinTac Double-Sided Mounting Adhesive https://www.mybinding.com/twintac-double-sided-mounting-adhesive.html, both have release liners on both sides.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not have any information on whether the MultiTac Clear 25.5" x 15' Double-Sided Mounting Adhesive would work for your application, however, it is made for surfaces that are more difficult to adhere to. This size is considered our sampling size, for ordering to see if it will wok for you.
